Els nudibranquis es caracteritzen per l\u2019abs\u00e8ncia de closca en l\u2019estat adult i per una gran diversitat d\u2019estructures externes especialitzades relacionades amb la respiraci\u00f3, l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3, la defensa i les funcions sensorials.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span class=\"text-token-text-primary cursor-text rounded-sm\" data-placeholder-token=\"true\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\" class=\"aligncenter\"><div id=\"featured-img-id\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/opistobranquis.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/hypselodoris-tricolor-29.jpg?w=900&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Felimare tricolor by Enric Madrenas\" \/><\/div><center><em>Felimare tricolor<\/em> per Enric Madrenas<\/center><\/span><p><\/p><\/span><\/h5>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">La hist\u00f2ria taxon\u00f2mica dels nudibranquis (Nudibranchia Cuvier, 1817) il\u00b7lustra la transici\u00f3 des de classificacions basades principalment en la morfologia i l\u2019anatomia cap a enfocaments filogen\u00e8tics que incorporen evid\u00e8ncies anat\u00f2miques, moleculars i del desenvolupament. Tradicionalment, els nudibranquis s\u2019inclo\u00efen entre els \u00abopistobranquis\u00bb, una agrupaci\u00f3 informal de gaster\u00f2podes marins caracteritzada per la freq\u00fcent reducci\u00f3 o p\u00e8rdua de la closca i per diverses estructures respirat\u00f2ries especialitzades. Aquest concepte tradicional va persistir durant bona part del segle XX, quan els estudis anat\u00f2mics comparatius van demostrar progressivament la complexitat de les relacions entre els grups inclosos dins d\u2019Opisthobranchia i van q\u00fcestionar-ne la consideraci\u00f3 com a grup evolutiu natural.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">W\u00e4gele i Willan (2000), a partir d\u2019una \u00e0mplia an\u00e0lisi de car\u00e0cters morfol\u00f2gics i anat\u00f2mics, van proporcionar un marc filogen\u00e8tic influent per a Nudibranchia. La seva classificaci\u00f3 reconeixia dues grans divisions, Anthobranchia, corresponent en termes generals als nudibranquis doridacis, i Cladobranchia, que comprenia els grups tradicionalment reconeguts com a ae\u00f2lids, arminacis i dendronotacis. Aquest marc va influir posteriorment en diverses classificacions dels nudibranquis i dels gaster\u00f2podes heterobranquis.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">El desenvolupament dels m\u00e8todes moleculars i transcript\u00f2mics durant el segle XXI va proporcionar noves evid\u00e8ncies sobre les relacions entre els diferents llinatges de nudibranquis i va conduir a nombrosos canvis en la seva classificaci\u00f3. En conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, la classificaci\u00f3 de Nudibranchia ha continuat revisant-se a mesura que s\u2019han incorporat noves evid\u00e8ncies filogen\u00e8tiques.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Korshunova <em>et al.<\/em> (2025) van proposar una important reorganitzaci\u00f3 de la classificaci\u00f3 superior dels nudibranquis. En el seu tractament, el nom Nudibranchia es restringia al llinatge corresponent essencialment a Cladobranchia, mentre que els nudibranquis doridacis eren separats i reconeguts com l\u2019ordre Doridida. Els autors tamb\u00e9 van reorganitzar substancialment la classificaci\u00f3 superior dels llinatges cladobranquis i van recuperar diversos subordres tradicionals.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Aquesta interpretaci\u00f3 va ser posteriorment reconsiderada per Moles <em>et al.<\/em> (2026) en la seva an\u00e0lisi m\u00e9s \u00e0mplia de l\u2019estabilitat taxon\u00f2mica dels heterobranquis marins. Els autors van argumentar que les decisions taxon\u00f2miques han de tenir en compte no nom\u00e9s les relacions filogen\u00e8tiques, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 la capacitat diagn\u00f2stica i l\u2019estabilitat dels t\u00e0xons, la continu\u00eftat de la nomenclatura establerta i les conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies dels canvis nomenclaturals de gran abast. En el cas dels nudibranquis, van donar suport al manteniment del nom establert Nudibranchia en el seu sentit ampli, en lloc de restringir-lo exclusivament a Cladobranchia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">El marc adoptat aqu\u00ed segueix, per tant, el concepte ampli de Nudibranchia avalat per Moles <em>et al.<\/em> (2026). Segons aquesta interpretaci\u00f3, l\u2019ordre mant\u00e9 el seu \u00e0mbit tradicional i inclou Doridina i Cladobranchia com els seus dos principals llinatges evolutius.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Els nudibranquis presenten una extraordin\u00e0ria diversitat de formes corporals i estructures especialitzades. Els llinatges d\u2019ae\u00f2lids i altres cladobranquis posseeixen habitualment cerata o altres ap\u00e8ndixs dorsals, mentre que les formes dendronot\u00e0cies i triton\u00edides poden desenvolupar elaborats processos ramificats o dendr\u00edtics. Els nudibranquis doridacis presenten generalment un cos m\u00e9s compacte i una disposici\u00f3 posterior de les br\u00e0nquies secund\u00e0ries. Aquests diferents plans corporals estan associats amb diverses estrat\u00e8gies aliment\u00e0ries, mecanismes defensius, adaptacions sensorials i relacions ecol\u00f2giques.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Nudibranchia ocupa una \u00e0mplia varietat d\u2019ambients marins, des d\u2019h\u00e0bitats costaners soms i intermareals fins a regions m\u00e9s profundes de la plataforma i el tal\u00fas continental. Moltes esp\u00e8cies estan estretament associades amb determinats organismes presa, entre els quals hi ha cnidaris, esponges, briozous i altres invertebrats s\u00e8ssils. Aquestes associacions tr\u00f2fiques es reflecteixen sovint en la seva morfologia, comportament i estrat\u00e8gies defensives.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">La diversitat dels nudibranquis tamb\u00e9 es reflecteix en la seva classificaci\u00f3. Les relacions entre diversos dels seus principals llinatges han estat revisades repetidament a mesura que s\u2019han acumulat noves evid\u00e8ncies anat\u00f2miques, del desenvolupament i moleculars. Per aix\u00f2, la classificaci\u00f3 superior del grup s\u2019ha de considerar un marc que pot continuar modificant-se a mesura que es disposi de noves evid\u00e8ncies filogen\u00e8tiques.<\/p>\n<p>La
