[<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.marinespecies.org\/aphia.php?p=taxdetails&id=1060136\">1060136<\/a>]<\/p><\/div>Situats dins del grup Mesoneura, els Rhodopoidea formen un grup de llimacs marins, amb categoria de super-fam\u00edlia, que no tenen conquilla, tenen el cos semblant a un cuc, i son microsc\u00f2pics. Viuen entre els grans de sorra de determinats fons marins. La seva dieta \u00e9s desconeguda.<\/p>\n<p>Els heterobranquis Mesopsammic son elements clau per resoldre les relacions internes dels diferents grups d&#8217;Heterobranchia,\u00a0 on hi ha moltes posicions sense resoldre, filogen\u00e8ticament parlant. Determinats taxons clau, com els Rhodopemorpha i\u00a0 els Acteonimorpha aparentment permetran aclarir els trets anat\u00f2mics clau que han portat a la adaptaci\u00f3 i diversificaci\u00f3 dels Heterobranchia.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i aix\u00ed s&#8217;han fet molts pocs estudis enfocats a la diversitat del gastr\u00f2podes mesopsamics (p.e. Arnaud et al. 1986; Neusser et al. 2021) i encara menys en aig\u00fces de la Mediterr\u00e0nia (p.e. Poizat 1984; J\u00f6rger et al. 2010). I entre aquests treballs hi ha molt pocs estudis d&#8217;heterobranquis intersticials vius, tot i que els trets vitals son essencials quan no es disposa d&#8217;una conquilla per diferenciar
