Compr\u00e8n els nudibranquis doridacis, un grup molt divers de llimacs marins caracteritzat per un pla corporal compacte i per la pres\u00e8ncia d\u2019un conjunt de br\u00e0nquies secund\u00e0ries disposades al voltant de l\u2019anus. Els nudibranquis doridacis tamb\u00e9 s\u00f3n coneguts habitualment com a doridacis o doridis.<\/p>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size:10pt;\" class=\"aligncenter\"><div id=\"featured-img-id\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/opistobranquis.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/peltodoris-atromaculata-19.jpg?w=900&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Peltodoris atromaculata @ Costa Brava, Spain by Enric Madrenas\" \/><\/div><center><em>Peltodoris atromaculata @ Costa Brava, Spain by Enric Madrenas<\/em> per Enric Madrenas<\/center><\/span><p><\/p><\/h5>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Els nudibranquis doridacis presenten generalment un cos allargat, ovalat o aplanat dorsoventralment, en el qual el notum dorsal est\u00e0 clarament diferenciat dels costats del cos. Els rin\u00f2fors poden ser contr\u00e0ctils i, en moltes esp\u00e8cies, poden retraure\u2019s completament dins de cavitats rinof\u00f2riques especialitzades. La superf\u00edcie dorsal pot ser llisa o estar coberta de tubercles de formes diverses, incloent-hi tubercles arrodonits, c\u00f2nics o digitiformes. En alguns g\u00e8neres, com <em>Jorunna<\/em>, <em>Taringa<\/em> i <em>Rostanga<\/em>, els tubercles contenen esp\u00edcules consp\u00edcues que sobresurten al voltant dels seus marges i que reben habitualment el nom de cari\u00f2fil\u00b7lidis (caryophyllidia).<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">El plomall branquial es troba a la regi\u00f3 posterior de la superf\u00edcie dorsal i envolta l\u2019obertura anal. Les br\u00e0nquies secund\u00e0ries poden estar formades per fulles simples o ramificades i poden estar permanentment exposades o ser capaces de retraure\u2019s dins d\u2019una cavitat branquial especialitzada. Tradicionalment, els nudibranquis doridacis amb les br\u00e0nquies exposades es denominaven fanerobranquis (phanerobranchs), mentre que aquells capa\u00e7os de retraure-les dins d\u2019una cavitat branquial es denominaven criptobranquis (cryptobranchs). Tanmateix, els estudis anat\u00f2mics i del desenvolupament moderns han demostrat que aquesta distinci\u00f3 no representa una seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia evolutiva simple i que la relaci\u00f3 entre la morfologia branquial i el desenvolupament de la cavitat branquial \u00e9s m\u00e9s complexa del que es suposava anteriorment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">La gl\u00e0ndula digestiva dels nudibranquis doridacis \u00e9s compacta, en lloc d\u2019estar estesa pels cerata caracter\u00edstics dels nudibranquis cladobranquis. Aquesta difer\u00e8ncia en l\u2019anatomia digestiva \u00e9s una de les principals caracter\u00edstiques utilitzades hist\u00f2ricament per distingir els dos grans llinatges de nudibranquis. Els doridacis tamb\u00e9 presenten una considerable diversitat en l\u2019ornamentaci\u00f3 corporal, la coloraci\u00f3, la qu\u00edmica defensiva, les estructures aliment\u00e0ries i l\u2019anatomia reproductora.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Els nudibranquis doridacis s\u00f3n predominantment carn\u00edvors i moltes esp\u00e8cies presenten un elevat grau d\u2019especialitzaci\u00f3 en la seva dieta. Les esponges constitueixen l\u2019aliment principal de nombrosos llinatges de doridacis, mentre que altres esp\u00e8cies s\u2019alimenten de briozous, asc\u00eddies, cnidaris o altres invertebrats marins s\u00e8ssils. Aquestes relacions aliment\u00e0ries especialitzades estan sovint associades amb l\u2019adquisici\u00f3, modificaci\u00f3 o s\u00edntesi de compostos qu\u00edmics defensius i han tingut un paper important en la diversificaci\u00f3 ecol\u00f2gica del grup.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">La classificaci\u00f3 tradicional dels nudibranquis doridacis reconeix dos grans infraordres: Bathydoridoidei i Doridoidei. Bathydoridoidei compr\u00e8n un petit llinatge de doridacis predominantment d\u2019aig\u00fces profundes, mentre que Doridoidei cont\u00e9 la gran majoria de la diversitat dels doridacis i inclou els principals llinatges d\u2019aig\u00fces somes. Dins de Doridoidei, la classificaci\u00f3 de Bouchet et al. (2017) reconeix les superfam\u00edlies Chromodoridoidea, Doridoidea, Onchidoridoidea, Phyllidioidea i Polyceroidea, juntament amb alguns t\u00e0xons no assignats a cap superfam\u00edlia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">La posici\u00f3 taxon\u00f2mica dels nudibranquis doridacis ha experimentat un canvi important en els darrers anys. En la classificaci\u00f3 proposada per Korshunova et al. (2025), el llinatge tradicional dels doridacis va ser eliminat de Nudibranchia i elevat a la categoria d\u2019un ordre independent, Doridida. Segons aquesta interpretaci\u00f3, l\u2019ordre Nudibranchia restringit estava constitu\u00eft \u00fanicament per Cladobranchia, mentre que Doridida representava el llinatge dels doridacis com un ordre independent.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Aquesta interpretaci\u00f3 va ser posteriorment reconsiderada per Moles et al. (2026) en el marc d\u2019una an\u00e0lisi m\u00e9s \u00e0mplia sobre l\u2019estabilitat taxon\u00f2mica dels llimacs marins. Aquests autors van defensar que el nom establert Nudibranchia s\u2019havia de conservar en el seu sentit ampli i hist\u00f2ricament reconegut quan correspon a un grup evolutiu coherent, en lloc de restringir-lo innecess\u00e0riament a un dels seus principals llinatges. En conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia, van donar suport al manteniment de Doridina i Cladobranchia dins de Nudibranchia.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">En el marc adoptat aqu\u00ed, els nudibranquis doridacis es consideren, per tant, Doridina, un dels dos llinatges principals inclosos dins de l\u2019ordre Nudibranchia. Aquesta disposici\u00f3 conserva el concepte tradicional i ampli de Nudibranchia, alhora que mant\u00e9 Doridina com un llinatge diferenciat i filogen\u00e8ticament significatiu.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Aquest marc \u00e9s coherent amb la interpretaci\u00f3 filogen\u00e8tica m\u00e9s \u00e0mplia segons la qual Nudibranchia compr\u00e8n dos llinatges principals, Doridina i Cladobranchia. Els estudis moleculars recents tamb\u00e9 han recuperat aquests dos grups com a branques principals fortament recolzades dins de Nudibranchia, refor\u00e7ant la distinci\u00f3 entre els llinatges doridaci i cladobranqui i donant suport alhora a la seva inclusi\u00f3 dins d\u2019un \u00fanic ordre.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Doridina presenta una notable diversitat morfol\u00f2gica i ecol\u00f2gica malgrat la similitud fonamental de la seva organitzaci\u00f3 respirat\u00f2ria. Les esp\u00e8cies comprenen des de formes relativament llises i de coloraci\u00f3 cr\u00edptica fins a animals molt ornamentats, amb elaborats tubercles, crestes, ap\u00e8ndixs i patrons de coloraci\u00f3 aposem\u00e0tica molt vistosos. El grup inclou tant esp\u00e8cies d\u2019aig\u00fces somes associades a fons rocosos, esponges, briozous i altres comunitats bent\u00f2niques com llinatges especialitzats d\u2019aig\u00fces profundes representats per Bathydoridoidei.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">L\u2019evoluci\u00f3 de Doridina ha estat especialment important en els estudis sobre morfologia, desenvolupament i ecologia qu\u00edmica dels nudibranquis. Les seves relacions aliment\u00e0ries especialitzades i els seus diversos mecanismes defensius han contribu\u00eft a l\u2019extraordin\u00e0ria radiaci\u00f3 del grup, mentre que els estudis anat\u00f2mics i moleculars comparatius continuen perfeccionant la nostra comprensi\u00f3 de les relacions entre els seus principals llinatges.<\/p>\n<p>La classificaci\u00f3 sistem\u00e0tica de Doridina presentada a continuaci\u00f3 segueix el concepte ampli de Nudibranchia recolzat per Moles et al. (2026), en el qual Doridina i Cladobranchia s\u00f3n reconeguts com els dos llinatges principals de l\u2019ordre. La classificaci\u00f3 es basa en Bouchet et al.
