{"id":24399,"date":"2017-12-16T19:04:05","date_gmt":"2017-12-16T18:04:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/opistobranquis.info\/?p=24399"},"modified":"2025-03-10T20:48:31","modified_gmt":"2025-03-10T19:48:31","slug":"flabellinidae","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/opistobranquis.info\/ca\/flabellinidae\/","title":{"rendered":"Flabellinidae, fam\u00edlia de nudibranquis en controv\u00e8rsia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Durant l&#8217;any 2017 s&#8217;han publicat diversos articles que proposen una s\u00e8rie de novetats que afecten les filog\u00e8nies de diferents fam\u00edlies de nudibranquis. Entre aquests articles es troben dos que afecten de manera significativa la fam\u00edlia Flabellinidae.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Furfaro <em>et al<\/em>.<\/strong> (2018, publicat online 6 setembre 2017) han realitzat un interessant treball per aclarir l&#8217;estatus de la fam\u00edlia Flabellinidae a la Mediterr\u00e0nia i les afinitats reals entre les seves esp\u00e8cies. Utilitzant exemplars i seq\u00fc\u00e8ncies moleculars mitocondrials i nuclears pr\u00f2pies i de GenBank d&#8217;esp\u00e8cies dels g\u00e8neres <em>Calmella<\/em>, <em>Flabellina<\/em> i <em>Piseinotecus<\/em> de la Mediterr\u00e0nia, Atl\u00e0ntic oriental i occidental, Pac\u00edfic i l&#8217;Ant\u00e0rtida, i estudiant la seva morfologia radular, construeixen un arbre filogen\u00e8tic de les diferents esp\u00e8cies arribant a les seg\u00fcents conclusions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les families Flabellinidae y Piseinotecidae no son monofil\u00e8ctiques.<\/li>\n<li>Hi ha dos clades (grups) ben diferenciats, el de <em>Coryphella pedata<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">\u00a0i esp\u00e8cies semblants amb cerata que surten directament del dors i el de <\/span><em>Flabellina affinis<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">\u00a0i esp\u00e8cies similars, que tenen els cerata de cada grup pedunculats, la qual cosa consideren una sinapom\u00f2rf\u00eda important del clade mentre que la uni\u00f3 individual de cada cerata al dors \u00e9s considerada com una plesiom\u00f2rf\u00eda.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>El g\u00e8nere\u00a0<em>Calmella<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">\u00a0\u00e9s sin\u00f2nim de <\/span><em>Flabellina<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Les esp\u00e8cies <em>Calmella cavolini<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">, <\/span><em>Piseinotecus gaditanus i\u00a0<\/em><em>Piseinotecus gabinierei<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> son incloses dins els g\u00e8nere\u00a0<\/span><em>Flabellina<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">, com\u00a0<\/span><em>F. cavolini<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">, <\/span><em>F. gaditana i\u00a0<\/em><em>F. gabinierei<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> respetivament. En el cas de les dues esp\u00e8cies atribu\u00efdes inicialment a <\/span><em>Piseinoteus<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">, <\/span><em>P. gaditanus i\u00a0<\/em><em>P. gabinierei<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">, els autors demostren que les seves r\u00e0dules son triseriades i no monoseriades, la qual cosa els enquadra dins dels Flabellinidae i no dins dels Piseinotecidae.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;esp\u00e8cie <em>Flabellina confusa<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> de l&#8217;Atl\u00e0ntic nordoriental \u00e9s sin\u00f2nima de <\/span><em>F. gaditana<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Les poblacions atl\u00e0ntiques i mediterr\u00e0nies de <em>Flabellina ischitana<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> tenen suficients difer\u00e8ncies moleculars (p-distance m\u00ednima de 12.5%) per ser considerades dues esp\u00e8cies diferents, admetent els exemplars mediterranis com a\u00a0<\/span><em>F. ischitana<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">\u00a0i els atl\u00e0ntics com una possible nova esp\u00e8cie que tenen en estudi.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Les esp\u00e8cies <em>Calmella cavolini <\/em>i<em>\u00a0<\/em><em>Flabellina confusa\/Piseinotecus gaditanus<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">, a mes de tenir una morfologia molt similar mostren dist\u00e0ncies gen\u00e8tiques molt baixes de 5.0%, la qual cosa, unida a la relativament gran diverg\u00e8ncia intraespec\u00edfica trobada en <\/span><em>C. cavolinii<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> (1,8%) fa que calgui estudiar-les amb m\u00e9s profunditat para dil\u00b7lucidar si son dues esp\u00e8cies diferents o una mateixa esp\u00e8cie amb gran variabilitat gen\u00e8tica.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>L&#8217;objectiu de Furfaro et al. era el de caracteritzar molecularment les esp\u00e8cies mediterr\u00e0nies comparant-les amb altres dades de GenBank d&#8217;esp\u00e8cies atl\u00e0ntiques i d&#8217;altres \u00e0rees geogr\u00e0fiques.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Korshunova <em>et al<\/em><\/strong>. (2017) s&#8217;ha basat en an\u00e0lisis moleculars (gens COI, 16S, 28S i H3) i morfol\u00f2gics d&#8217;esp\u00e8cies de Flabellinidae de l&#8217;\u00c0rtic, Atl\u00e0ntic nord, oce\u00e0 Pac\u00edfic i \u00cdndic. Aquest extens article confirma la <em>polifilia<\/em> de la fam\u00edlia Flabellinidae i representa una aut\u00e8ntica revoluci\u00f3, no nom\u00e9s per a la taxonomia dels Flabellinidae, sin\u00f3 per a l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 en fam\u00edlies de tots els eolidacis. Els autors tamb\u00e9 incideixen en el fet que la filog\u00e8nia dels Flabellinidae no pot ser entesa sense considerar membres d&#8217;altres fam\u00edlies dels Aeolidacea i que, a m\u00e9s, els car\u00e0cters morfol\u00f2gics, i no nom\u00e9s els moleculars, han de tenir la seva import\u00e0ncia a l&#8217;hora d&#8217;establir filog\u00e8nies. A la Figura 2 del seu treball es pot veure l&#8217;arbre filogen\u00e8tic amb les relacions entre les diferents fam\u00edlies i g\u00e8neres dels Aeolidacea. Entre les nombroses conclusions d&#8217;aquest treball es poden extreure com m\u00e9s interessants les seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Es proposen tres noves fam\u00edlies per incloure esp\u00e8cies que estaven dins dels tradicionals Flabellinidae: Apataidae, Flabellinopsidae i Samlidae.<\/li>\n<li>Es reinstauran les fam\u00edlies Coryphellidae i Paracoryphellidae.<\/li>\n<li>Es confirma la fam\u00edlia Unidentidae en base a dades morfol\u00f2giques i moleculars.<\/li>\n<li>Es creen els nous g\u00e8neres <em>Polaria<\/em> i <em>Ziminella<\/em> dins de la fam\u00edlia Paracoryphellidae.<\/li>\n<li>Es crea el nou g\u00e8nere <em>Baenopsis<\/em> dins de la fam\u00edlia Flabellinopsidae.<\/li>\n<li>Es creen els nous g\u00e8neres <em>Borealea, Fjordia, Gulenia, Itaxia, Microchlamylla, Occidenthella<\/em> i <em>Orienthella<\/em> dins de la fam\u00edlia Coryphellidae.<\/li>\n<li>Es creen els nous g\u00e8neres <em>Carronella, Edmundsella<\/em> i <em>Paraflabellina<\/em> dins de la fam\u00edlia Flabellinidae.<\/li>\n<li>Es crea el nou g\u00e8nere <em>Pacifia<\/em> dins de la fam\u00edlia Unidentiidae.<\/li>\n<li>Es crea el nou g\u00e8nere <em>Luisella<\/em> dins de la nova fam\u00edlia Samlidae.<\/li>\n<li>Es crea el nou g\u00e8nere <em>Apata<\/em> dins de la nova fam\u00edlia Apataidae.<\/li>\n<li>El g\u00e8nere <em>Piseinotecus<\/em>\u00a0es mant\u00e9 dins de la fam\u00edlia Flabellinidae.<\/li>\n<li>Es mant\u00e9 com a v\u00e0lid el g\u00e8nere <em>Calmella<\/em> dins de la fam\u00edlia Flabellinidae.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tots aquests canvis de nous g\u00e8neres i fam\u00edlies del treball de Korshunova et al. afecten nombroses esp\u00e8cies europees de Flabellinidae, com ara:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Flabellina baetica<\/em> Garc\u00eda-G\u00f3mez, 1984 \u00e9s traspassada al g\u00e8nere\u00a0<em>Baenopsis<\/em> com\u00a0<em>B. baetica<\/em> (Garc\u00eda-G\u00f3mez, 1984), dins la nova familia Flabellinopsidae.<\/li>\n<li><em>Flabellina verrucosa<\/em> (M. Sars, 1829) \u00e9s traspassada al g\u00e8nere\u00a0<em>Coryphella<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> com\u00a0<\/span><em>C. verrucosa<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> (M. Sars, 1829) dins la familia Coryphellidae.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><em>Flabellina browni<\/em> Picton, 1980 \u00e9s traspassada al nou g\u00e8nere\u00a0<em>Fjordia<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> com\u00a0<\/span><em>F. browni<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> (Picton, 1980) dins la familia Coryphellidae.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><em>Flabellina lineata<\/em> (Lov\u00e9n, 1846)<span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">\u00a0\u00e9s traspassada al nou g\u00e8nere\u00a0<\/span><em>Fjordia<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> com\u00a0<\/span><em>F. lineata<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> (Lov\u00e9n, 1846) dins la familia Coryphellidae.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><em>Flabellina insolita<\/em> Garc\u00eda-G\u00f3mez &amp; Cervera, 1898<span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">, en base nom\u00e9s a car\u00e0cters morfol\u00f2gics \u00e9s traspassada al nou g\u00e8nere\u00a0<\/span><em>Fjordia<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> com\u00a0<\/span><em>F. insolita<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> (Garc\u00eda-G\u00f3mez &amp; Cervera, 1898) dins la familia Coryphellidae.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><em>Flabellina gracilis<\/em> (Alder &amp; Hancock, 1844)<span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">\u00a0\u00e9s traspassada al nou g\u00e8nere\u00a0<\/span><em>Microchlamylla<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> com\u00a0<\/span><em>M. gracilis<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> (Alder &amp; Hancock, 1844) dins la familia Coryphellidae.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><em>Flabellina gaditana<\/em> (Cervera, Garc\u00eda-G\u00f3mez &amp; Garc\u00eda, 1987),<span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> descrita originalment com\u00a0<\/span><em>Piseinotecus gaditanus<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">\u00a0\u00e9s traspassada al g\u00e8nere\u00a0<\/span><em>Calmella<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> com\u00a0<\/span><em>C. gaditana<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> (Cervera, Garc\u00eda-G\u00f3mez &amp; Garc\u00eda, 1987) dins la familia Flabellinidae.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><em>Flabellina cavolini\u00a0<\/em>(V\u00e9rany, 1846) es reinstaura en el g\u00e8nere\u00a0<em>Calmella<\/em> com\u00a0<em>C.cavolini<\/em>\u00a0(V\u00e9rany, 1846) dins la familia Flabellinidae.<\/li>\n<li><em>Flabellina pellucida<\/em> (Alder &amp; Hancock, 1843),<span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> descrita originalment com\u00a0<\/span><em>Eolis pellucida<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> (Alder &amp; Hancock, 1843), \u00e9s traspassada al nou g\u00e8nere\u00a0<\/span><em>Carronella<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> com\u00a0<\/span><em>C. pellucida<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> (Alder &amp; Hancock, 1843).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><em>Flabellina pedata<\/em> (Montagu, 1815)<span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">, descrita originalment com\u00a0<\/span><em>Doris pedata<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> Montagu, 1815 i anomenada en molts articles com\u00a0<\/span><em>Coryphella pedata<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">, \u00e9s traspassada al nou g\u00e8nere\u00a0<\/span><em>Edmundsella<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> com\u00a0<\/span><em>E. pedata<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> (Montagu, 1815), dins la familia Flabellinidae.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><em>Flabellina ischitana <\/em>Hirano &amp; Thompson, 1990<span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">\u00a0\u00e9s traspassada al nou g\u00e8nere\u00a0<\/span><em>Paraflabellina<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> com\u00a0<\/span><em>P. ischitana<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> (Hirano &amp; Thompson, 1990), dins la familia Flabellinidae.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><em>Flabellina gabinierei<\/em> (Vicente, 1975),<span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> descrita originalment com\u00a0<\/span><em>Facelina gabinierei<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> Vicente, 1975 i coneguda en moltes publicacions posteriors com <\/span><em>Piseinotecus gabinierei <\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">(Vicente, 1975), \u00e9s traspassada al nou g\u00e8nere\u00a0<\/span><em>Paraflabellina<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> com\u00a0<\/span><em>P. <\/em><em>gabinierei<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> (Vicente, 1975), dins la familia Flabellinidae.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><em>Flabellina babai <\/em>Schmekel, 1972<span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">, \u00e9s traspassada al nou g\u00e8nere\u00a0<\/span><em>Luisella<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> com\u00a0<\/span><em>L. babai<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\"> (Schmekel, 1972), dins la nova familia Samlidae.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote><p>El treball de Korshunova et al. pret\u00e9n aprofundir en les relacions filogen\u00e8tiques entre els variats membres de la fam\u00edlia Flabellinidae i les altres fam\u00edlies d&#8217;aeolidacis, afegint moltes esp\u00e8cies noves del nord d&#8217;Europa, l&#8217;\u00c0rtic i del nord del Pac\u00edfic.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Similituds i difer\u00e8ncies<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A l&#8217;hora de comparar els resultats de tots dos articles, tot i que s\u00f3n molt diferents perqu\u00e8 tracten d&#8217;esp\u00e8cies eminentment mediterr\u00e0nies el primer i d&#8217;esp\u00e8cies de l&#8217;\u00c0rtic i del nord del Pac\u00edfic el segon, apareixen alguns resultats molt semblants, que es poden observar a la imatge seg\u00fcent, constru\u00efda amb els arbres filogen\u00e8tics que proposen els dos treballs (A = Furfaro et al.; B=Korshunova et al.).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/opistobranquis.info\/?attachment_id=24401\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" data-attachment-id=\"24401\" data-permalink=\"https:\/\/opistobranquis.info\/ca\/flabellinidae\/comentarios-sobre-flabellinidae\/\" data-orig-file=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/opistobranquis.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Comentarios-sobre-Flabellinidae.jpg?fit=1299%2C833&amp;ssl=1\" data-orig-size=\"1299,833\" data-comments-opened=\"0\" data-image-title=\"Comentarios sobre Flabellinidae\" data-image-description=\"\" data-image-caption=\"\" data-large-file=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/opistobranquis.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Comentarios-sobre-Flabellinidae.jpg?fit=900%2C577&amp;ssl=1\" class=\"alignright wp-image-24401 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/opistobranquis.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Comentarios-sobre-Flabellinidae.jpg?resize=900%2C577&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"577\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/opistobranquis.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Comentarios-sobre-Flabellinidae.jpg?w=1299&amp;ssl=1 1299w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/opistobranquis.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Comentarios-sobre-Flabellinidae.jpg?resize=150%2C96&amp;ssl=1 150w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/opistobranquis.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Comentarios-sobre-Flabellinidae.jpg?resize=300%2C192&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/opistobranquis.info\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Comentarios-sobre-Flabellinidae.jpg?resize=1024%2C657&amp;ssl=1 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Per exemple, els dos arbres diferencien dos clades principals ben definits, el de <em>Flabellina pedata<\/em> i &#8220;similars&#8221;, amb cerates sorgint individualment del dors (cercles en vermell a la imatge) i el de <em>Flabellina affinis<\/em> i &#8220;similars&#8221;, amb cerates de cada grup partint d&#8217;una base comuna (cercles en blau a la imatge).\u00a0Els n\u00fameros 1 a 14 indiquen les principals esp\u00e8cies estudiades i la seva posici\u00f3 en els dos arbres.<\/p>\n<p>No obstant aix\u00f2, tot i que Furfaro et al. consideren a les esp\u00e8cies de tots dos clades pertanyents al g\u00e8nere <em>Flabellina,<\/em> dins la fam\u00edlia Flabellinidae, Korshunova et al. diferencien dues fam\u00edlies Coryphellidae i Flabellinidae <em>sensu stricto<\/em>\u00a0creant, a m\u00e9s, diferents g\u00e8neres en aquestes fam\u00edlies per incloure a les esp\u00e8cies que estudien, algunes d&#8217;elles de distribuci\u00f3 \u00e0rtica, mentre que dins del g\u00e8nere <em>Flabellina<\/em> nom\u00e9s consideren a una esp\u00e8cie: <em>F. affinis<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Furfaro et al. no proporcionen les dist\u00e0ncies gen\u00e8tiques entre les diferents esp\u00e8cies dels dos clades principals per\u00f2 s\u00ed que indiquen la possible exist\u00e8ncia d&#8217;una especiaci\u00f3 cr\u00edptica en els Flabellinidae i recomanen estudis moleculars addicionals. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s, curiosament, el que han fet Korshunova et al. gaireb\u00e9 a l&#8217;un\u00edson amb el treball de Furfaro et al ..<\/p>\n<p>Furfaro et al. indiquen que <em>Flabellina babai<\/em> es comporta com un tax\u00f3 inestable (<em>rogue taxon<\/em>) que apareix col\u00b7locat en diferents llocs dels arbres filogen\u00e8tics previs; en l&#8217;arbre publicat (Figura 1 del seu treball) aquesta esp\u00e8cie apareix com una branca independent que surt de la bifurcaci\u00f3 principal, sense estar agrupat dins d&#8217;un altre clade superior. En eliminar aquesta esp\u00e8cie en les an\u00e0lisis per construir l&#8217;arbre filogen\u00e8tic, els valors de suport dels diferents nodes s\u00f3n m\u00e9s grans, i \u00e9s el que es pot apreciar a la Figura 2 del seu treball.<\/p>\n<p>En canvi, en el treball de Korshunova et al. <em>F. babai<\/em> apareix inclosa dins de la fam\u00edlia Samlidae com clada basal als Aeolidacea. Aquests mateixos autors reconeixen les grans difer\u00e8ncies morfol\u00f2giques entre el g\u00e8nere <em>Samla<\/em> i <em>Flabellina babai<\/em>, de manera que descriuen el nou g\u00e8nere <em>Luisella<\/em>, separat de <em>Samla<\/em> per dist\u00e0ncies moleculars entre 19% i 21%, suficients per considerar v\u00e0lids tots dos g\u00e8neres. No obstant aix\u00f2, tot i que provisionalment acceptem el canvi de fam\u00edlia i g\u00e8nere de <em>Flabellina babai<\/em> a <em>Luisella babai<\/em> (Schmekel, 1972) dins de la nova fam\u00edlia Samlidae, considerem que s\u00f3n necessaris m\u00e9s an\u00e0lisis morfol\u00f2giques i moleculars basades en un mostreig m\u00e9s ampli d&#8217;exemplars de <em>Flabellina babai<\/em> en tota l&#8217;\u00e0rea atlanto-mediterr\u00e0nia per aclarir definitivament la seva posici\u00f3 taxon\u00f2mica.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>(&#8230;) considerem que s\u00f3n necessaris m\u00e9s an\u00e0lisis morfol\u00f2giques i moleculars basades en un mostreig m\u00e9s ampli d&#8217;exemplars de <em>Flabellina babai<\/em> en tota l&#8217;\u00e0rea atlanto-mediterr\u00e0nia per aclarir definitivament la seva posici\u00f3 taxon\u00f2mica.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>L&#8217;esp\u00e8cie <em>Flabellina baetica<\/em> apareix diferenciada dels dos clades principals dels Flabellinidae <em>sensu lato<\/em>, tant en el treball de Furfaro et al. com en el de Korshunova et al.; aquests \u00faltims autors creen per a aquesta esp\u00e8cie el g\u00e8nere <em>Baenopsis<\/em>, que al costat de <em>Flabellinopsis<\/em> conforma la nova fam\u00edlia Flabellinopsidae, basal als Flabellinidae tradicionals.<\/p>\n<p>Els dos articles coincideixen a agrupar en un mateix clade a <em>Calmella cavolini<\/em> \/ <em>Piseinotecus gaditanus<\/em> i a aquest com clade germ\u00e0 del format per <em>Flabellina ischitana<\/em> \/ <em>Piseinotecus gabinierei<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Furfaro <em>et al<\/em>.\u00a0confirmen mitjan\u00e7ant microsc\u00f2pia \u00f2ptica i electr\u00f2nica de rastreig (SEM) les r\u00e0dules triseriadas (si b\u00e9 les dents laterals s\u00f3n rudiment\u00e0ries i llises) de <em>Calmella cavolini<\/em>, <em>Piseinotecus gaditanus<\/em> i <em>Piseinotecus gabinierei<\/em> i a m\u00e9s com aquestes esp\u00e8cies es troben en l&#8217;arbre en el mateix clade que <em>Flabellina affinis<\/em>, inclouen a les tres esp\u00e8cies dins del g\u00e8nere <em>Flabellina<\/em> com <em>F. cavolini<\/em>, <em>F gaditana<\/em> i <em>F. gabinierei<\/em> (Taula 2 de la seva publicaci\u00f3). Tamb\u00e9, a causa de l&#8217;escassa dist\u00e0ncia gen\u00e8tica entre les dues esp\u00e8cies, sinonimitzen <em>Flabellina confusa<\/em> amb <em>Flabellina gaditana<\/em>. Furfaro et al. tampoc indiquen les dist\u00e0ncies gen\u00e8tiques entre les esp\u00e8cies anteriors comparades amb <em>F. affinis<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>La tend\u00e8ncia a unificar esp\u00e8cies en un mateix g\u00e8nere de Furfaro et al. es veu contraposada al treball m\u00e9s extens de Korshunova et al., que mant\u00e9 els g\u00e8neres <em>Flabellina<\/em>, <em>Calmella<\/em>, <em>Coryphellina<\/em> i <em>Piseinotecus<\/em> (aquest \u00faltim amb dubtes), creant a m\u00e9s nous g\u00e8neres per a altres clades que obtenen en el seu arbre dels Flabellinidae <em>sensu stricto<\/em>. Aix\u00ed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creen el g\u00e8nere\u00a0<em>Paraflabellina<\/em> per a incloure\u00a0<em>Flabellina ischitana<\/em> i\u00a0<em>Piseinotecus gabinierei<\/em> com a\u00a0<em>Paraflabellina ischitana<\/em> (Hirano &amp; Thompson, 1990) i\u00a0<em>Paraflabellina gabinierei<\/em> (Vicente, 1975), respectivament.<\/li>\n<li>Creen el g\u00e8nere\u00a0<em>Carronella<\/em>\u00a0i inclouen en ell\u00a0<em>Flabellina pellucida<\/em>\u00a0i\u00a0<em>Carronella pellucida<\/em> (Alder &amp; Hancock, 18432) aix\u00ed com la nova esp\u00e8cie <em>Carronella enne<\/em> del nordoest d&#8217;Irlanda.<\/li>\n<li>Creen el nou g\u00e8nere\u00a0<em>Edmundsella<\/em> per incloure en ell\u00a0<em>Coryphella pedata<\/em>\u00a0i\u00a0<em>Flabellina albomaculata<\/em> com\u00a0<em>Edmundsella pedata<\/em> (Montagu, 1815) i\u00a0<em>Edmundsella albomaculata<\/em> (Pola et al., 2014) respectivament.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A la Taula 2 del seu treball, Korshunova et al. (2017) proporcionen les m\u00ednimes p-distances entre els representants de cadascun dels g\u00e8neres anteriors, que van des del 13.1% entre <em>Edmundsella pedata<\/em> i <em>Coryphellina rubrolineata<\/em> i el 20.2% entre <em>Paraflabellina funeka<\/em> i <em>Carronella pellucida<\/em>. Com a dades interessants, destacar les dist\u00e0ncies gen\u00e8tiques del 17,4% entre <em>Calmella cavolini<\/em> i <em>Flabellina affinis<\/em> i del 15.0% entre <em>Flabellina affinis<\/em> i <em>Edmundsella pedata<\/em>. Totes aquestes dist\u00e0ncies gen\u00e8tiques, en principi i fins que no apareguin noves opinions, s\u00f3n suficients per considerar que s\u00f3n g\u00e8neres diferents.<\/p>\n<p>Korshunova <em>et al<\/em>. reinstauren la fam\u00edlia Paracoryphellidae Miller, 1971, que inclou els g\u00e8neres <em>Chlamylla<\/em> Bergh, 1886 amb esp\u00e8cies de l&#8217;\u00c0rtic i mar de Barents com <em>Chlamylla borealis<\/em> Bergh, 1886 i la nova esp\u00e8cie <em>Ch. intermedia<\/em>, i el g\u00e8nere <em>Paracorhyphella<\/em> Miller, 1971, amb una esp\u00e8cie del nord d&#8217;Europa, <em>Paracoryphella islandica<\/em> (Odhner, 1937) (descrita originalment com <em>Coryphella islandica<\/em>) i una altra esp\u00e8cie nova del Mar del Jap\u00f3 <em>P. ignicrystalla<\/em>. A m\u00e9s creen els nous g\u00e8neres <em>Polaria<\/em>, amb l&#8217;\u00fanica esp\u00e8cie <em>Polaria polaris<\/em> (Volodchenko, 1946) (descrita originalment com <em>Coryphella polaris<\/em>) de l&#8217;\u00c0rtic, i <em>Ziminella<\/em> que integra esp\u00e8cies de l&#8217;\u00c0rtic, mar del Jap\u00f3 i la costa americana de l&#8217;Atl\u00e0ntic nord, amb <em>Ziminella salmonacea<\/em> (Couthouy, 1938) (descrita originalment com <em>Eolis salmonacea<\/em>), <em>Z. japonica<\/em> (Volodchenko, 1937) (descrita originalment com <em>Coryphella japonica<\/em>), i les noves esp\u00e8cies\u00a0<em>Z. abyssa<\/em> y <em>Z. circapolaris<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>La fam\u00edlia Coryphellidae tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s reinstaurada per Korshunova et al. En l&#8217;arbre d&#8217;aquesta fam\u00edlia (Figura 2 del seu treball) es poden observar petits clades que estan ben definits estad\u00edsticament; cadascuna de les branques d&#8217;aquests clades corresponen a esp\u00e8cies de g\u00e8neres diferents, com els ja coneguts <em>Coryphella<\/em> i <em>Himatina<\/em>, aix\u00ed com els nous g\u00e8neres <em>Borealea<\/em>, <em>Gulenia<\/em>, <em>Fjordia<\/em>, <em>Itaxia<\/em>, <em>Microchlamylla<\/em>, <em>Occidenthella<\/em> i <em>Orienthella<\/em>. aix\u00ed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>En el g\u00e8nere\u00a0<em>Coryphella<\/em>\u00a0ara nom\u00e9s inclou dues especies, <em>C. verrucosa<\/em> de l&#8217;Atl\u00e0ntic nord i\u00a0<em>C. pseudoverrucosa<\/em> del Pac\u00edfic nord.<\/li>\n<li>El g\u00e8nere\u00a0<em>Himatina<\/em> cont\u00e9 \u00fanicament l&#8217;esp\u00e8cie <em>Himatina trophina<\/em> (Bergh, 1894) (descrita originalment com\u00a0<em>Himatella trophina<\/em>) del Pac\u00edfic nord.<\/li>\n<li>Creen el g\u00e8nere\u00a0<em>Borealea<\/em>\u00a0amb dues esp\u00e8cies, <em>B. nobilis<\/em> (Verrill, 1880) (descrita originalment com\u00a0<em>Coryphella nobilis<\/em>) i la nova esp\u00e8cie del Pac\u00edfic nord\u00a0<em>B. sanamyanae<\/em>.<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">En el nou g\u00e8nere\u00a0<\/span><em>Gulenia<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">\u00a0s&#8217;inclouen tres esp\u00e8cies del nord d&#8217;Europa,\u00a0<\/span><em>Gulenia borealis<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">\u00a0(Odhner, 1922) (<\/span><em>Coryphella borealis<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">\u00a0originalment) i altres dues noves,\u00a0<\/span><em>G. orjani<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">\u00a0i\u00a0<\/span><em>G. monicae<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>El nou g\u00e8nere\u00a0<em>Fjordia<\/em>\u00a0\u00e9s el m\u00e9s divers de tots els Coryphellidae, amb 5 esp\u00e8cies, entre les que destaquen les esp\u00e8cies europees <em>F. lineata<\/em> (Lov\u00e9n, 1846) (<em>Eolis lineata<\/em> en la descripci\u00f3 original), <em>F. insolita<\/em> (Garc\u00eda-G\u00f3mez &amp; Cervera, 1989) (<em>Flabellina insolita<\/em> en la descripci\u00f3 original), <em>F. browni<\/em> (Picton, 1980) (<em>Coryphella browni<\/em> en la descripci\u00f3 original), la nova esp\u00e8cie <em>F. chriskaugei<\/em> de la costa de Noruega i l&#8217;esp\u00e8cie sudafricana <em>F. capensis<\/em> (Thiele, 1925) (<em>Coryphella capensis<\/em> originalment).<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">El nou g\u00e8nere\u00a0<\/span><em>Itaxia<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">\u00a0es crea amb una \u00fanica esp\u00e8cie\u00a0<\/span><em>Itaxia falklandica<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">\u00a0(Eliot, 1907) (descripci\u00f3 original com a\u00a0<\/span><em>Coryphella falklandica<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">) de las islas Falkland (Malvines) i el sur de Xile. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">El nou g\u00e8nere\u00a0<\/span><em>Microchlamylla<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">\u00a0es crea amb dues esp\u00e8cies,\u00a0<\/span><em>Microchlamylla gracilis<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">\u00a0(Alder &amp; Hancock, 1844) (descrita originalment com\u00a0<\/span><em>Eolis gracilis<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">) del nord d&#8217;Europa i\u00a0<\/span><em>M. amabilis<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">\u00a0(Hirano &amp; Kuzirian, 1991) (<\/span><em>Flabellina amabilis<\/em><span style=\"font-family: Ubuntu;\">\u00a0originalment).\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li>El nou g\u00e8nere\u00a0<em>Occidenthella<\/em>\u00a0amb una \u00fanica esp\u00e8cie <em>Occidenthella athadona<\/em> (Bergh, 1875) (descripci\u00f3 original com\u00a0<em>Corhyphella athadona<\/em>) del Pac\u00edfic occidental.<\/li>\n<li>El nou g\u00e8nere\u00a0<em>Orienthella<\/em>, amb les esp\u00e8cies del Pac\u00edfic\u00a0<em>Orienthella trilineata<\/em> (O\u00b4Donoghue, 1921) (descrita originalment com\u00a0<em>Coryphella trilineata<\/em>), <em>Orienthella fogata<\/em> (Millen &amp; Hermosillo, 2007) (descrita originalment com\u00a0<em>Flabellina fogata<\/em>) i\u00a0<em>Orienthella cooperi<\/em> (Cockerell, 1901) (descrita originalment com\u00a0<em>Coryphella cooperi<\/em>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les m\u00ednimes difer\u00e8ncies moleculars (p-distances) entre els representants de tots aquests g\u00e8neres de Coryphellidae van (Taula 1 del treball de Korshunova et al.) des del 10,1% entre <em>Fjordia chiskaugei<\/em> i <em>Himatina trophina<\/em> al 18,3% entre <em>Orienthella trilineata<\/em> i <em>Itaxia falklandica<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Els canvis proposats per Korshunova et al. consten com acceptats per WoRMS en data 31 desembre 2017.<\/p>\n<h3>Conclusions<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Quan es tenen dades no totalment concordants entre treballs similars com els comentats anteriorment, queda despr\u00e9s el dilema de valorar de la manera m\u00e9s objectiva els seus resultats per prendre la posici\u00f3 posici\u00f3 m\u00e9s adequada.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>La proposta de creaci\u00f3 de nous g\u00e8neres per reunir petits grups d&#8217;esp\u00e8cies, m\u00e9s que g\u00e8neres multiespec\u00edfics, sembla ser la tend\u00e8ncia en alguns dels treballs filogen\u00e8tics dels \u00faltims anys. (&#8230;) \u00c9s possible que a partir d&#8217;ara comencin a apar\u00e8ixer m\u00e9s treballs que segueixin aquesta tend\u00e8ncia, amb l&#8217;inconvenient de la r\u00e0pida caducitat de part de la informaci\u00f3 filogen\u00e8tica continguda en els articles en publicar-se altres m\u00e9s recents. Una possible soluci\u00f3 a aquest inconvenient seria una major intercomunicaci\u00f3 entre els diferents grups de recerca (&#8230;) per sumar esfor\u00e7os i d&#8217;aquesta manera obtenir arbres filogen\u00e8tics amb una major solv\u00e8ncia i d&#8217;acceptaci\u00f3 generalitzada.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00c9s evident que el treball de Korshunova et al. tracta sobre un grup d&#8217;esp\u00e8cies molt m\u00e9s ampli (126 exemplars) que el de Furfaro et al. (23 exemplars); tamb\u00e9 que l&#8217;objectiu principal d&#8217;aquests \u00faltims autors era el de caracteritzar molecularment les esp\u00e8cies mediterr\u00e0nies comparant-les amb altres dades de GenBank d&#8217;esp\u00e8cies atl\u00e0ntiques i d&#8217;altres \u00e0rees geogr\u00e0fiques, mentre que el treball de Korshunova et al. pretenia aprofundir en les relacions filogen\u00e8tiques entre diversos membres de la fam\u00edlia Flabellinidae i les altres fam\u00edlies dels aeolidacis, afegint moltes esp\u00e8cies noves del nord d&#8217;Europa, l&#8217;\u00c0rtic i del nord del Pac\u00edfic.<\/p>\n<p>La proposta de creaci\u00f3 de nous g\u00e8neres per reunir petits grups d&#8217;esp\u00e8cies, m\u00e9s que g\u00e8neres multiespec\u00edfics, sembla ser la tend\u00e8ncia en alguns dels treballs filogen\u00e8tics dels \u00faltims anys.<\/p>\n<p>En aquesta l\u00ednia, a m\u00e9s de l&#8217;esmentat article de Korshunova et al., Per exemple a Zamora-Silva &amp; Malaquias (2017) en el qual realitzen la filog\u00e8nia molecular de la fam\u00edlia Aglajidae (Heterobranchia, Cephalaspidea) basant-se 412 exemplars recol\u00b7lectats que van generar 345 seq\u00fc\u00e8ncies moleculars i utilitzant altres 490 seq\u00fc\u00e8ncies de GenBank, arriben a la conclusi\u00f3 de l&#8217;exist\u00e8ncia de 63 esp\u00e8cies dins de la fam\u00edlia, pertanyents a 15 llinatges gen\u00e8rics diferents, dels quals descriuen com a nous g\u00e8neres set: <em>Biuve, Camachoaglaja, Mannesia, Mariaglaja, Niparaya, Spinophallus<\/em> i <em>Tubulophilinosis<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s possible que a partir d&#8217;ara comencin a apar\u00e8ixer m\u00e9s treballs que segueixin aquesta tend\u00e8ncia, amb l&#8217;inconvenient de la r\u00e0pida caducitat de part de la informaci\u00f3 filogen\u00e8tica continguda en els articles en publicar-ne altres m\u00e9s recents.<\/p>\n<p>Una possible soluci\u00f3 a aquest inconvenient seria una major intercomunicaci\u00f3 entre els diferents grups de recerca (es podrien comptar amb els dits d&#8217;una m\u00e0) per sumar esfor\u00e7os i d&#8217;aquesta manera obtenir arbres filogen\u00e8tics amb una major solv\u00e8ncia i d&#8217;acceptaci\u00f3 generalitzada.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i que el treball de Korshunova et al. t\u00e9 una base s\u00f2lida d&#8217;informaci\u00f3 morfol\u00f2gica i molecular de les esp\u00e8cies estudiades, es troba a faltar un major mostreig d&#8217;esp\u00e8cies de flabell\u00ednids tropicals de l&#8217;Indopac\u00edfic i de l&#8217;Atl\u00e0ntic, com tamb\u00e9 de les costes m\u00e9s fredes d&#8217;Am\u00e8rica del Sud i del sud d&#8217;\u00c0frica.<\/p>\n<p>Les an\u00e0lisis filogen\u00e8tiques en els Heterobranquis (anteriorment Opistobranquis) estan en plena &#8220;ebullici\u00f3&#8221;; apareixen constantment treballs concrets de filog\u00e8nies de t\u00e0xons petits o grans, i fins i tot proposant que l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 de llinatges evolutius pot haver estat conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia de les especialitzacions diet\u00e0ries dels seus integrants (Goodheart et al., 2017).<\/p>\n<p>A OPK acceptem amb certes precaucions els canvis proposats per Korshunova et al. en el seu treball de revisi\u00f3 dels Flabellinidae mentre no hi hagi una informaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s recent que els modifiqui.<\/p>\n<h3>Bibliografia<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><div
