  • Jorunna. Possibly dedicated to Jorunn Bjarnadottir, a character of an Icelandic viking saga, wife of Ólafr Höskuldsson (c. 938–1006)nicknamed “the Peacock” because of his proud bearing and magnificent wardrobe.
  • Luisae. Possibly dedicated to Louise Bresslau-Hoff (1882-1966), German poet and author, wife of Prof. Dr. Ernst Bresslau, (1877-1935). She likely may have spelled her name Luisa or Luise after 1933 when the family was forced to leave Germany for Brazil by the nazi regime.
