Opisthobranchs of the Adriatic Sea: Photographic Atlas and List of Croatian Species

The authors have spent uncountable hours and efforts in the research work needed to produce this excellent book on the Opisthobranchs of the Adriatic Sea that, by extension, is also very useful to know the most common species in the Mediterranean Sea. The book reports 270 species from Croatia (15 new species are described), and 170 species have pictures of living animals.

Text is bilingual (Croatian / English) but this is no problem to foreign readers as this is essentially a graphic guide created to help readers to identify these colourful creatures. For this reason print is top-quality on black background, and every species if photographed from different points of view. Thus this book becomes an essential tool for divers and marine biology enthusiasts, and for all those who want to enjoy these colourful marine molluscs.
