Biologia

Etimologia

• Philinoglossa. Del gènere Philine (un altre gènere de Cefalaspidis) + del Grec “glossa”, llengua.
• Philine. Derivat de la paraula grega “philainoi”, nom de dos germans cartaginesos que van lluitar per la seva pàtria i van rebre honors de Déus.
• Helgolandica. De les illes Helgoland, unes petites illes alemanyes que es troben en ple Mar del Nord. Situades a 46 quilòmetres de la costa alemanya, l’arxipèlag està format per dues illes: l’illa principal habitada (Hauptinsel) a l’Oest, i Düne a l’Est, que no està habitada de forma permanent, però que avui és la ubicació de l’aeroport de Helgoland.
